Mark leads assignments across the industrial and manufacturing sector practices. Before Blackwood he worked at Ian Jones & Partners. Previously he worked at Russell Reynolds. Prior to his career in search, he was an officer in the British Army (Brigade of Gurkhas). He read Anthropology at University College, London.

Will focuses principally on the consumer, retail and leisure practices. Before Blackwood he worked at a global search firm and at Long Reach, a sports finance and risk management consultancy. Prior to that, he spent four years as a professional cricketer for Kent and Sussex. He read History at Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge.
