She spent ten years in Mergers & Acquisitions in London and New York before becoming COO of the Investment Banking Division. She read English and then Law at Jesus College, Cambridge.
Helen Metcalfe

Helen leads the retail and consumer practice. Before Blackwood she worked at TMP/Highland Partners and at Whitehead Mann. Prior to that she was a Commercial Manager with Marks and Spencer for five years. She read Modern and Medieval Languages at New Hall, Cambridge.
